“I am very excited to share what a great experience I’ve had with Jen as my virtual personal trainer! I just moved to a new state in the middle of quarantine and I really needed to get my health back on track, but in the middle of the pandemic I wasn’t sure how to start. My friends in CA had been training with Jen for years and spoke so highly about her so I took the leap and reached out. From our 1st phone call, the connection was there and I immediately appreciated that Jen listened to exactly what I needed and what my personal goals were and she created a package that was fully customizable for me! We proceeded with a mix of 1:1 live virtual trainings and video training sessions that she recorded and sent out to me. I truly believe this was the best possible mix for exactly what I needed. I loved the accountability from our 1:1 sessions & I really enjoyed getting to know her through her stories that were engaging and distracting while pushing through challenging aspects of the workouts. I also loved that in this setting, Jen reinforced my form continuously so I was sure I was safely working out. The video trainings were ideal for flexibility in my schedule as I am an entrepreneur and mom to littles. She continued to customize my workouts as well as reinforcing the optimal techniques. Plus, these sessions were extremely economical! The other thing I loved about her training style is that no workout was ever repeated so it was engaging every time. This is something I really need in my life to stay consistent with my commitment.
