Personal Training

Choose in-person sessions, online sessions, or a combination of the two! In-person sessions are 100% private and scheduled to ensure you won’t run into another client coming or going.  My home-based gym allows us to train safely while following all the guidelines set forth by government and health officials to ensure your safety during the COVID pandemic. From kettlebells to squat racks and everything in between, Moxie offers a variety of equipment to guarantee your workouts are always fresh, fun, and never boring!  If coming to me isn’t an option, we can have private Zoom sessions online instead!  You get the benefits of the same personal attention and real time feedback as with in-person training, but in the privacy of your own home.  All you need is a set of dumbbells and an internet connection!

This option is perfect if you want to work out at home, whenever you want, and have access to basic workout equipment (a pair of dumbbells is preferable, but even resistance bands can work!). Every week, you’ll receive videos, along with a printable copy of the workout. One of the perks of this method is that you can save the workout to redo whenever you want!

Do you miss working out with your friends or taking classes at the gym? Moxie has you covered! Through the magic of Zoom, you and your friends can train together, all from the comfort of your own homes, and split the costs of sessions between you.  This option is a favorite of clients who like the real time feedback of working with me, plus the fun of seeing your friends.

This option is available to established clients who are already familiar with the exercises and formats used by Moxie and don’t need the support of videos or in-person training.  You’ll receive a text with the workouts and an email with a printable version and the freedom to workout anywhere at anytime.  No internet connection needed!

Safety and Effectiveness! 

I am trained to help other people learn how to exercise properly. My strict attention to form and safety is essential in maximizing results and reducing risk of injury, and staying educated on issues that effect my clients is one of my main priorities. Plus, everybody is different! Injuries, phobias, and past experiences all require unique programming so that your workouts work for you.
