Why did I become a certified health coach?  In a nutshell:  to help other people feel as good as I do! I am passionate about health, wellness, nutrition, food, and being happy. I wanted a more holistic approach to wellness that allowed me to take my deep knowledge and passion and help people address those areas that were roadblocks to them achieving their own health goals and dreams.
