COVID-19 Options

Moxie is committed to providing you with a training or coaching experience that is safe and meets all city-, state-, and federally mandated criteria in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as providing you options tailored for your comfort level:

  • In-person training is conducted in a private, home-based gym that is sanitized between each and every client. All mask and social distancing guidelines are followed.  Careful scheduling ensures that you will never run into another client coming or going.
  • Remote, live training sessions are offered for all services: personal and small group training sessions, nutrition, and health coaching.  This option perfectly combines the personal touch and real time feedback with the ease and comfort of training in your own home.
  • The platform used for the nutrition and health coaching is a secure, HIPAA-compliant website to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.  There is no need to download software or create an account. Simply use a browser on a computer or device with a camera and microphone to access my account. 
  • Personal workouts with detailed videos describing each movement is the perfect option for self-motivated people and those with shift work who can’t train during normal business hours. These videos don’t expire after 30 days, but are yours to keep.  Besides letting you train in the safety and convenience of your own home, the videos allow you to build a workout library that you’ll be able to use for years to come. 
  • The ability to combine the options allows you to tailor a program that works perfectly with your lifestyle and your budget.
